 I was born and raised in New York City, where a fast-paced, diverse environment shaped my work ethic and passion for helping others. I enjoyed school, particularly math and science, and from the age of five I knew I wanted to become a chiropractor, driven by a fascination with how the body works and how natural care supports healing. Along the way, I remained actively involved in teaching, mentoring, counseling, and working in a hospital setting, experiences that strengthened my commitment to healthcare and serving people from all walks of life. In 1994, I enrolled at New York Chiropractic College and graduated in 1997, honing my clinical skills and laying a strong foundation as a Doctor of Chiropractic— and I am also fluent in Spanish, allowing me to better serve a diverse patient community.

Dr. Jean Evens Florent is a graduate of Parker University College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas, where he completed all board exams prior to graduating in 2010. A multilingual chiropractor fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, he is deeply committed to patient education and community outreach, including international chiropractic mission work and healthcare talks at the Mexican Embassy. Outside the clinic, Dr. Florent enjoys cycling, practicing Jiu Jitsu, the arts, and following a wide range of sports. Dr Florent is a dedicated purpose filled chiropractor with a fervent track record of being an educator in his community
